If you were unable to attend one of our fall virtual Info. Nights, you can catch a recording of one of the Zoom sessions here. You might find it helpful to watch the individual recordings of panelist presenters prior to viewing the Zoom. Those can be found here.
Our annual Open House event for prospective families typically takes place on a Sunday afternoon at the end of January to kick off Catholic Schools Week. As a result of COVID, we are executing this event a bit differently by offering Get to Know MTCES experiences on January 31st and February 9th. To ensure physical distancing and promote a safe experience for all involved with the event, we are accepting registrations for various time slots. In addition, we are restricting attendance to two parents/guardians per prospective student (s).
JANUARY 31st: Families interested in kindergarten and/or 1st grade should attend in between 2-4:00 p.m. Families interested in grades 2-8 should attend in between 4-5:00 p.m. If you have prospective students in both segments (ie. a 1st and a 4th grader), we recommend choosing a 3:30 or 4 p.m. time slot.
FEBRUARY 9th: Families interested in all grade levels can attend in between 3-4:30 p.m.
Both sessions will provide you with an opportunity to participate in a tour and meet the faculty and administration. On January 31st, we will also have informational booths and displays representing school clubs and groups. To register, click here. For more information, Contact nbalster [at] mtces [dot] org (Noel Balster), Director of Marketing & Advancement, at (513) 779-6585 or nbalster [at] mtces [dot] org.
If you are unable to attend Info Night or Open House, schedule a private school tour. As a result of COVID-19 reopening guidelines, we conduct tours after student dismissal. Click here to schedule a time on Monday-Friday after 2:45 p.m. All guests participating in the tour must wear face masks and practice physical distancing.
