Sr. Anne Schulz has served as school Principal, CEO and Board of Trustees member since the school's inception in1998. She also serves as a voting member of the Finance Committee and the Education Commission.
Sister Anne holds a Bachelors Degree in Education from the University of Dayton and Masters degrees in Administration (University of Dayton) and Mental Health (Wright State University). Sister has over 42 years of experience in education and over 35 years experience as a Principal.
As CEO, Sr. Anne is responsible for hiring all faculty and staff, ensuring the professional development of the staff, observing and evaluating teachers within the classroom environment and establishing the budget for educational and operational expenses. Sister oversees the daily operations of the school, along with other student activities. She also oversees and monitors the continual review and improvement of the educational program. Outside of school, Sister is an active member in the following organizations: National Catholic Education Association (NCEA), CHI Honor Society, American Counseling Association, and the Hamilton Principal’s Cluster. Sr. Anne is a member of the Precious Blood religious order and just reached her 53th anniversary.
